Thank you for shopping with Jonah Lure Works. We take pride in preparing and packaging every order with care so your products arrive in good condition and ready to use.

Please review our shipping policy before placing your order. By purchasing from Jonah Lure Works, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, production schedules, restocks, limited releases, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Standard in-stock items are typically prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. If an item is listed as a pre-order, backorder, special release, or limited availability item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be based on the details provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. These estimates do not include order processing time and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Jonah Lure Works is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect carrier scans, package routing issues, holiday delays, or other shipping delays outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable. Rates may vary based on the destination, shipping method, package weight, order size, and carrier availability.

Any available free shipping offers, promotional shipping rates, or discounted shipping options are subject to the terms provided at the time of the offer and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the shipping label has been created.

Tracking may show as “label created,” “pre-shipment,” or a similar status before the carrier completes the first scan. This does not always mean the package has not been handed off; tracking updates depend on the carrier’s scanning process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Jonah Lure Works is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, outdated, or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@JonahLureWorks.com. We will do our best to assist, but address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Jonah Lure Works due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable for returned or undeliverable packages unless the issue was caused by Jonah Lure Works.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Jonah Lure Works is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or incorrectly scanned packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, delivery location, or the shipping carrier.

For delivery issues after shipment, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and may need to file a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Damaged Packages or Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Jonah Lure Works within 3 days of delivery at info@JonahLureWorks.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, clear photos of the damaged product, and photos of the packaging. This information helps us review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.

Depending on the situation, Jonah Lure Works may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@JonahLureWorks.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item received. Once reviewed, we will provide the next steps.

Pre-Orders, Backorders & Limited Releases

Some Jonah Lure Works products may be sold as pre-orders, backorders, limited releases, restock items, or special purchase options. Estimated shipping dates for these products are provided in good faith and may be subject to change.

Delays may occur due to production schedules, material availability, supplier delays, inventory timing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If a pre-order or backorder is delayed beyond the original estimated timeframe, Jonah Lure Works may provide an updated estimate when available.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting info@JonahLureWorks.com.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of our products, Jonah Lure Works does not accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color preference, product selection, ordering mistakes, change of mind, or failure to review product details before purchase.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, or other costs required by the destination country.

Jonah Lure Works is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import inspections, international carrier issues, or local delivery services outside of the United States.
