Thank you for shopping with Jonah Lure Works. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are handled for orders placed through our website, including standard orders, pre-orders, backorders, limited releases, and other purchase options.

By placing an order with Jonah Lure Works, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting Jonah Lure Works as soon as possible at info@JonahLureWorks.com.

Please include your order number, full name, email address used at checkout, and the reason for the cancellation request.

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the status of the order. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

When an Order Can Be Canceled

An order may be eligible for cancellation if the request is received before the order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, packing, or shipment.

If the order has not yet been processed or prepared for shipment, Jonah Lure Works may approve the cancellation and issue any applicable refund to the original payment method when possible.

When an Order Cannot Be Canceled

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing, production, fulfillment, packing, or shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Orders may also be ineligible for cancellation if products have already been reserved, allocated, produced, customized, packaged, or prepared specifically for the customer.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some Jonah Lure Works products may be offered as pre-orders or backorders. Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and may be subject to change due to production schedules, material availability, supplier delays, inventory timing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order or backorder before the item has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment. Cancellation approval will depend on the status of the order and the specific purchase terms provided at the time of purchase.

If a pre-order or backorder is delayed beyond the original estimated timeframe, Jonah Lure Works may provide an updated estimated shipping date when available. If the revised timeframe does not work for the customer, the customer may contact us to request cancellation of the unfulfilled item.

Limited Releases & Special Orders

Limited-release items, special-order products, promotional drops, reserved inventory, or products prepared specifically for a customer may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed or once inventory has been allocated.

Jonah Lure Works reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for limited-release or special-order items when cancellation would affect reserved inventory, production planning, fulfillment, or product availability.

Subscriptions & Recurring Purchase Options

If Jonah Lure Works offers subscription-based products or recurring purchase options, customers may cancel future subscription renewals according to the terms provided at checkout or through the customer account portal when available.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or stop an order that has already been charged, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

To avoid being charged for a future subscription renewal, the subscription must be canceled before the next billing date.

Deposits, Partial Payments & Deferred Payments

If Jonah Lure Works offers deposits, partial payments, deferred-payment purchases, or pay-now-ship-later purchase options, cancellation terms may vary depending on the product and purchase option selected.

Deposits, partial payments, or special-order payments may be non-refundable if the product has already been reserved, allocated, produced, customized, or prepared specifically for the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@JonahLureWorks.com.

Address change requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, credit card company, or financial institution. Jonah Lure Works is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Shipping charges, processing fees, transaction fees, or other non-refundable costs may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the cancellation is due to an error by Jonah Lure Works.

Refused or Returned Packages

Refusing delivery or failing to accept a package does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a refund.

If a package is returned to Jonah Lure Works due to refusal of delivery, incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any additional reshipping costs.
